Motsands was born from a simple observation: Nigeria's construction industry moves billions of naira in aggregates every year — yet cash, missed deliveries and zero accountability are still the norm. We're here to change that.

The Motenda heritage
Motsands is the technology arm of Motenda — a logistics group with three decades of heavy-haulage operations across Southern Nigeria. We didn't read about the problem. We lived it.
"Uncle Motenda" — the group's founder — built a reputation on reliability in an industry that rarely offered it. Olawale Ogunleye, his co-founder on the technology side, brings the platform that turns that reputation into a scalable, auditable business.
